Here's a few of my requests:
1. That they don't make another shitty Stand Up! kinda album... probably not gonna happen
2. That they have a good tour and don't play shitty Stand Up songs... except for hunger for the great light. I love that one!
3. That they bring back good songs like Shotgun, Idea of You, Hello Again, Cornbread, 27, etc. for the album and tour
4. That they don't make a shitty album so we don't have to hear shitty songs... next year.
I would agree with that, except you accidentally put cornbread on the list of good songs they should bring back... not sure if you knew that
Yeah, my fault. I guess 27 would fall under that too. You guys knew what I meant. And the Hunger thing, that's a joke. I fuckin' hate that song.
I quite like that album to be honest, better then all of the dog turd emo pansie albums out there. I will be happy if they play Bartender and Don't Drink the Water
DMB shows attended: 4/12/05 - Molson Amphitheater, 9/12/06 @ Air Canada Centre.
Upcoming: DMB June 9th 2009 @ Molson Amphitheater

Dear god, I hope you're kidding or not talking about Stand Up. My ears bled the first and only time I listened to that steaming pile of cow dung.

What a shitty list of opening bands. WTF mate?!?
Eli Young is opening at the Woodlands this year. Oh sweet another mediocre country artist. What happened? We used to get really good openers here. Bela Fleck, Taj Mahal, Soulive, Victor Wooten. Come on! I really wish we could have gotten a TR3 opener instead even though the band sucks, we're pretty much guaranteed Tim Reynolds will sit in with the band for the night which would be SAWEEEET.
I've never heard of the person opening at Toyota Park. I'm thinking either Toyota Park or Busch Stadium. It'd be a little drive and an overnight but TP kinda sucked last year as far as getting in and out.

Soulive opened last time they played in Toronto and to be honest, I thought Soulive was absolute crap.
I just hope the band does cut back on the stuff from Stand Up, the only song worth playing from that record live is Louisiana Bayou. It is a decent album but not nearly their best, probably their worst but not as bad as what other garbage lies out there.

I wish DMB would just stop "jamming". Butch's solos are wayyyy too long and Boyd is brutal. If they kept every one of their songs to under 7:00 minutes I wouldn't mind at all. About the only song I can take longer than ~15:00 is Seek Up
