Dave matthews the actor

I read something a while ago (like 2-3 years) that dave was going to be in the movie "Where the Red Fern Grows" and he would play the father....any info on this?....also dave played in a kind of skit like in 90 called "Just say no" i believe....it is shown on the VH1 Driven... when dave was a car salesman... this must me extreremly rare i suppose...but if anyone has ever gotten their hands on a video of it...i would really realy like to see it....thanks

all iknow is that that where the red fern grows with Dave, ran out of money and they never picked back up..

I thought dave played one of the kids in the old movie Where the Red Fern Grows. But you know what, thats a fucking old movie come to think of it. So nevermind.

Dave also plays a small role in the upcoming family movie "Because of Winn-Dixie".

From what I hear, there is another movie that is gonna be coming out soon with Dave in it. I don't think that it is "Where the Red Fern Grows." I cannot remember from where I got this info, but I heard it and it seemed official...

dave's role in this movie is actually pretty big..i believe he's one of the main characters. he's an ex-con who owns a pet shop and befriends a little girl. or something along those lines.

Okay, first of all yes, Dave is gonna be a rather big role, though more like a secondary actor. Second Dave ha a large role with "Where the Red Fern Grows". He was gonna play the dad and if you have ever read the book, that is a big role

that was a really bad movie, with a really bad title song by Hootie and the Blowfish
