You know, as stupid as this sounds, check out all of your local guitar stores. I know mine has probably hundreds of straps of every size, shape, color, and material. Browse musicians friend, too. Good luck hunting!

Im 95% sure that the name brand is Levy's. Thats usually what he always uses.

Guitar straps usually run from $15-50. One of the nice Levy's he has probably cost in the upper range of that price around $40.
