Wasburn d10s questions!

I have a question about one of the Washburn guitars, the d10s. I was looking on ebay the other day, and found many d10st washburns... it seems that the difference between the d10s and the d10st is that the d10st comes with a tuner on the side of the guitar. I went to washburn's website and I see nothing about the d10st models? Any ideas on that one?

Also, will having a tuner in the side of the guitar decrease the sound quality? Or would you not be able to tell a difference? If I wanted a d10s(about 200 bucks), but was able to get a new d10st from ebay for, lets say 50 dollars cheaper, is it worth it? Or would I be better off just buying the d10s from a retailer?

Is it true that Washburn is going to discontinue the d10s? Look at this link...

yeah I guess, they said the manufacturer has discontinued that model. What a great deal though - $189 and lists for $349!! ADD TO CART!!!

Yeah, I'm thinking about adding it to the cart... Or pricematching!

However, why would washburn discontinue their #1 beginner guitar priced under $500 as ranked by Acoustic Guitar Magazine?

Does this make any sense to anyone!?!?

they probably made a change to the model or something, good or bad I don't know, but they probably improved it and called it something else or something. I'm not sure.
