leroi and tim?

after watching the video of live in chicago, i get a certain feeling that leroi doesnt care for tim much
if you watch all along the watchtower, youll notice that tim kind of cuts off lerois solo with a solo of his own
watch leroi when tim hits the first note - CRRRRRAZZZZY dirty look!!!

do these two not get along very well? i wouldnt mind knowing.

after watching that, i dont think it's a dirty look, it kinda looks like he is just catching a breath. i think he quits his solo before tim ever hits his note anyway. I highly doubt there is any bad blood.

I'm sure they like each other.

Remember, Dave knew LeRoi before anybody in the band. And he's known tim for longer probably. So I'm sure they hung out all the time back in the day.

I'm sure they are awesome friends, and "solo stealing" happens a lot in the band, kind of seems purposeful....and thats kind of the beauty of tims style, it comes out of the mix and attacks fast then fades out and goes back to rhythm.

And you all have to consider - have often to we ever see LeRoi look at anyone and just flat out give them a smile? He always seems a little "darker" or I guess more mellow than the other band members. He only recently started taking off the shades occasionally on stage.

and kevin-haha youre right, but have you seen the busted stuff video? after seeing that 'happy birthday leroi' sign, he was almost in tears! never seen him so emotional

True, I saw that as well. The man can be emotional but he doesn't exactly carry a jovial demeanor similar to someone like Carter. It would be awfully hard to tell if he was pissed off or just being a badass.

Because he IS a badass...

yea, he actually talks a bit during the behind-the-scenes of the I Did It video. Somewhere else, too, but I can't remember right now.
