how much harder/different is it to pick up slide guitar??? Is it pretty easy to transition... cuz ive been thinking about tryin out slide guiar..

I've got two slides that aren't real slides. One's a glass medicine bottle I found at a garage sale and another one's a socket for a socket wrench (made from heavy stainless steel). They make great slides because they have great sustain and you can find one that fits your finger and is the proper length very easily. They're also cheap too.
