is there a place where i can download this program for free? Or another program that is good quality for free?

Well, it seems most people use this program, Im not aware of any free programs that are nearly as good. Most of the people on here got it off kazaa to my knowledge, talk to Peter Quistgard, you shouldnt have to much of a problem with it.

if you download CEP off of blazaa normally the version is registered to Peter Quistgard.
