DM3MD For SALE #101

Post by just42night »

Hey,

I thought I would give you all first shot at this beautiful guitar. I had a deal arranged already with someone here, but after about of three weeks of stringing me along he backed out. Which makes this more painful than it already is because I do not want to sell my baby. I NEED THE MONEY BAD. So please if your not serious don't say you are.

Everybody here knows the details of this thing, what else is there left to say. Yes its fucken incredible and no its not worth $10,000. Anyway, the question you all want to know, I would like $5000 and am willing to accept any REAL OFFERS. This means, if you offer and I say yes, ITS A DEAL! Your ready to put the money in paypal within 48 hours.

Otherwise I will put it on ebay and hope to get more. I bought off of ebay in 2003. Its real, it has been played often, always kept in the correct humidity and temperature. I polish the wood every other time I change the strings and will send it to you freshly polished. It does have one blemish, a small chip in an innocuous spot. It usually takes me a min or two to find when I am looking for it. Otherwise one or anyone admiring the beauty never notice it. The wood has aged beautifully and if you close your eyes and play it, you think its Dave in the room.

Never played one so I doubt I could buy it without first playing it.

If you're going to sell it, please don't sell it to the guy buying all of the DM3MD's and not playing them. I'm just saying. I would rather see someone else who will actually play it get it, but it is yours, and you should do what you feel is best. If I had the money right now, I would definitely buy it, but I can't. Good luck with the sale though.

I might make you a serious offer. Kind of depends on one thing. How long till you put it on Ebay? Also by Cubbieville, does that equal Chicago? Because if so I'm from the area.

I completely agree! That guy is using these guitars as an investment opportunity, not a music enthusiast. What he doesn't realize is that he'll probably end up ruining most of the guitars anyways b/c he doesn't know the first thing about humidity, nor storing guitars with strings loosened. What a jackass and a shame to DM3MD's everwhere!
