it was great
really fun to listen to
im not sure what good ol' mr cash would think of it
maybe the marimba would take away from the masculinity a little in his mind
but you did a very good job
that guy on marimba is very good
the only thing i could suggest to you is not to let the marimba do all the fills- add some guitar fills here and there to make it more interesting

and it would make it a lot better if the guitar and the marimba did some fills in harmony together
just a suggestion
great work :D

Now, that I liked. The guitar sounded solid and the miramba's were very cool. Nice job.

I agree with Jasons "postive affirmation" :D  I mean it isn't exactly what Dave plays

Good job guys (whoever plays with you) maybe in time, you can make a cd like the DMB bluegrass one that is out there

Well, we have access to an entire university worth of instruments but I think a mirimba costs upwards of 5000 to 10000 for a decent one. Maybe more. These things are huge, and set up like a piano only the keys are made of wood, with big long metal tubes that act as the resonating chamber. I really dig the sound of those though. Thanks for all the nice comments.
