song jane likes question

ive really gotten into this song
but im having trouble with the transition part
i know when it happens in the song i just cant figure out how
like what chord is before it and how long does it last before going back to the verse?

any help would be appreciated

Song that Jane likes does rule. I find it easier to get the transition if you play with a recording, and it helps if you have an acoustic recording so all you can hear is dave's part. Hope that helps ya a lil bit.
