yea, when he has De La Rocha to tell him what to do. otherwise he has brought us fantastic 'hard rock' hits such as 'Be Yourself' (a real soul searcher) and 'Like a Stone'
but in all honestly, it was fresh, especially the intro. i really enjoyed most of it... until he flipped on the overdrive and then the crybaby, and then, rather than doing something creative and melodic, started bashing the strings. It was terrible. blasphemy

Yeah I've been getting into a ton of other bands lately, like The National and I'm becoming obsessed with this Spoon album.

Same here, I've had no desire to listen to them in the past few months. I hope this summer tour has hella-good sets to reinvigorate my interest before I see them in August, because right now I couldn't care less about seeing them this year or not.
