First off, I'd like to note that I do feel that you're covers are pretty damn good. I'd also like to say that I neither have the recording equipment, nor the time/energy to record my own covers, and I'd like to apologize, oh dear, merciful lord, for my inadequacies at playing guitar. Please cast upon me any punishment you deem fitting for not being as fucking good as thou. Ok, dude, after sitting here and reading enumerous posts made by you, I've come to the conclusion that you're are simply, and most definately, a dirty, dirty douche. That's right, a douche. You sit in front of a computer screen all day, posting covers that, yes, put other's covers to shame, and sit here and rant about how shitty their's are compared to your own. You're good, but you're not in any way a master at what you do. I'm sure you're ass paid a lot of money to take guitar lesson's, get your finger's really strong, and wasted a lot of time sitting at home on your ass, looking at tabs that are, might I add, tabbed from video, and thus assure ACCURACY, and then play them into a microphone, add a fill or two and a "jam" and call it your own. And it doesn't take much else to upload that song to a website, and have a thread that ridicules other people's playing and commands praise under the guise of being a friendly post informing other's that "god" has released another song. Get off your high horse, man, and learn some damned dignity and respect. Not everyone's as good as you are, and more importantly, not everyone cares to be as good as you are, and MOST importantly, not everyone's gives a shit how good you are. As far as I'm concerned, you're just another talented musician, no better than any other talented musician.
In response to this whole post, who exactly gives a flying fuck? Does it really matter? You're repeatedly state that one string is the difference, that it changes the song completely, and then in the same breath, you state that the wax-eared "punkasses" should be able to tell, if they could play guitar decently, that the high-E notes are played by Tim. Doesn't that mean that they are in deed being played, and whether or not someone chooses to play them doesn't fucking matter because any way you look at it, the notes are being played? You know, Dave and the boys do play songs differently some times. It's called a "fill". I'm sure you've heard of it. It's a note or series of notes played in between the normal chord progressions to give the song that extra "something". Or maybe you've heard of "alternate chord formations"? A different way of playing a chord. Or here's a good one...and get ready for this because it's not something you are used to hearing and taking to heart...maybe you're just wrong. It could possibly be, god, that you're the one who needs to use a q-tip on his ears. Did you ever think of that? Or is your mind too simple and one-sided to understand that we all make mistakes, no matter how omniscient we may feel we are.
I'd also like to point out that you are, by definition, easily the stupidest person on the board.

1)ad hominem-attacking the man and not the argument: "all you punkasses who voted against me, i suggest you take all the wax out of your ears"
2)false analogy-assuming that because two things are alike in one way, they are the same in another: i.e. "i hear it this way, i play it this way, therefore, dave plays it that way"
3)false authority-the assumption that an expert in one field is an expert in another: i.e. "i play guitar better than you; therefore, i have a better here than all you punkasses"
4)false dilemna-stating only 2 alternatives exist when others do: i.e. "either i'm right, or you're wrong"
5)guilt by association-unfair bias and prejudice: i.e. any of the racial slurs made by the fallacious one
6)hasty generalization-a generalization based on too little facts: i.e. the fact that you state that dave always plays it like you say he does based on one account
7)non sequiter-an idea that does not follow a previously asserted statement: i.e. one note does not change the entire song, and your next post states, my WWYS is different, and noone's complaining
8)red herring-dodging the real issue with an unrelated topic: you're simply dodging the fact that you're a dirty douche by trying to make everyone feel stupid. But in reality, you're the stupid one. I've never seen so many fallacies come from one person in my entire life. You are the degrading element of society, the reason that we slip further and further away from intellectual greatness. And before you try and attack me, just realize that I am smarter than you, and there's nothing that you can do to disprove that. So quit trying to be so damned magnanimous, and make like a douche and clean some pussy.
