same here.

although i did read an interview with him and he said he didnt like trey anastasio or dave's solo album and he was trying to push the band to a hard rock sound and that he wanted to crowd surf some time.

pretty much sums it up.

That guitar thing he was playing in the first minute or so sounded rather Dave-ish. That video was pretty useless though.
