Free, downloadable mixing/looping software?

Hi. I suddenly had this idea to try out mixing some DMB songs with other songs out there (just like Tupac's "Changes" and Michael Jackson's "Man In the Mirror") just to see how it'd sound, but I dont know any reliable, free mixing/looping software out there.

Help from anyone who knows?

How would DMB doing an all Beatles Cover setlist sound?

The Beatles are my fave band of all time, and DMB runs a close second.

It would really be cool if Dave and the guys did an all-Beatles cover setlist!

Who's with me on this idea?

First off, this is a great great site, and a great great forum, but it should have an option to search by topic title :p hehe. just a suggestion. Anyway... as for the topic itself, yeah I wanted to ask - with each of the members of DMB being such great musicians in their own right - what is the best...

Actually, what I meant was - within the band, who is the best/most accomplished at what he plays...

but seeing how carter wins by a freakin landslide, i realize how stupid the question was to begin with. hehe :)

What DMB member is the best at what he plays?

DMB is a great band, but unlike most bands, each of the members are insanely great at what they do!

The question is which of them is the best at the instrument he plays.

I was watching some of the instructional vids from this site and I was amazed at how far the guy playing could stretch! then i realized how freaking long and thin his fingers were!
