did anyone see this in antioch last night? i don't know what it is about this song, but i just loved it when i first heard it.

for those of you who did see it, what was it like?

first, does anyone have any recent versions of the new songs available for download? i only have the earliest versions and went to two shows early in the tour, so id be interested to see how theyve progressed.

second, along with the new versions, anyone have lyrics put together that daves singing ...

ants marching? ive been playing for years now and believe that i can play almost all of daves songs pretty well. but the god damn verse of ants marching, to this day, absolutely destroys any notion ive once had that i am a good guitar player. i just cant nail it.

whatever boys, dont argue. i agree, if he has the time to post a wise ass remark, he has the time to find the tab on this site... but im not gonna start an argument. besides, he has some quality posts, so i know he not jut being antagonizing.

nonetheless, i think winglets tab is pretty much right ...

ok, i know this was mentioned before, but last night at the show, dave switched guitars halfway through three different songs. i was waaaaaay back in the nosebleeds, but it didnt look or sound like he broke a string. has anyone noticed this yet?

in bartender, after daves done with his wailing and yellin and the whole bands kickin serious ass, he slides the d-chord way down the fret board to around the 13/14 frets and then slides back up hittin a couple chords on the way back to the d. anybody know what hes playin here?

it was the first "difficult" dave song i learned. you can change the tempo depending on the mood. and that jam is just kick ass... again, speed it up or slow it down. and when youre playin with friends, they can add some serious solos ...
