#34 help

Hey everybody. Trying to figure out #34 and I need a little help. I've gotten as far as ...

e-----------------
B------------------
G-------------11---
D-----9---9-----
A---7---7---------
E--5-------------

...and then with a little bit of this at the end.
e---------------------------
B---------------------------
G---------7--6--------------------
D-------7------4-7-----------------
A----5--------------5--7--7--/9----
E---------------------------------

But I think I'm really missing something in the middle of it all and I just can't quite get it. Any help would be great.

PS: Is it just me, or is there not a tab for this song on this website?
