on carter's chest, there is a half circle and i think it says Roi inside the circle. Then there is a water bottle to the right of the iguana

well, it's not a hidden message, but that stuff isnt so easy to see
and, ok, the iguana and the bottle (next to the iguana) are pretty easy to see, but what about those things:
look like the adidas logo and some kind of beer?
