Curious George cd scratched...

does anyone have the new curious george cd that jack johnson did? I got it when i was in chicago yesterday and when i got it out to put it on my computer it had a scratch on it, it must of gotten it when it was in back backpack in the car.... So if anyone has it could you please put it up on yousendit or something, because it is skipping like a mo fo on a few of the songs. I know this isnt exactly legal but if it would make you more comfortable I could take a picture to prove I have it or something. Someone PM me and I'll kill the link as soon as I get it. thanks.
