these are both true facts, but i dont mind the covers. though id rather them close the set with one of their own, i dont mind them throwing a few fresh covers into the mix.

wow last night show was was awesome. first off let me start by saying I was sitting really what was second row there was one row infront of us. then they let us go up to to the stage for the encores. also fucking stephan winked at my g.f that dick and she waved back. i dont want to spread rumors but i think something is going on.
Two step with timmy was amazing. He just went off for like 5 minutes.
Every song was really good. What the set list really doesnt show you is that they went into LIOG, then had the slow jam which boyd was awesome. but during it dave starts talking into his little thing that everyone can here. Next thing you know they get slow and whammmy dave goes into ants with just him and carter, for about the first verus of the song. then the rest of the band joins in.
Im so glad butch is not there tim adds so much to show.
The covers were alright, Hey hey my my was acutally pretty good and Melissa. but i didnt even know "Bitch" so to end with that sucked for me. but overall my best show ive been too, 3rd row is awesome

After just a few shows, it's clearly evident that DMB is pumped this year. They're working out a bunch of new cover songs and having fun with them. Their own tunes are sounding fresh with a lot of changes to the arrangements. One notable change came tonight immediately following Lie In Our Graves. Dave quickly turned to the band and described an idea of a new opening to Ants Marching where just he and Tim would start the song together and the rest of the band would join in after the first verse. They were all psyched and broke into the tune within seconds. As a crew member, it's great to be hearing the other songs they're working on bringing back. There's a lot more in store for this summer.

As long as they keep doing shit like this, I think it will be an entertaining summer. If they could come up with the next Stone or Last Stop, they would. There isn't going to be another BTCS. Fact. Get over it.
