Don't know how soon. I wouldn't expect it until late tour or until the tour is over.

probably in a week or so. My bet is that some americans tapers were at the show, and most likely are sticking around in europe to catch a few more shows. when they get back to the states, they'll upload the show. but this is purely speculation

Hmmm... first listen I have mixed feelings. Started out cool, but then got into that Stand Up-sounding crap. It sounds like he's trying to do too much in that song. I know it's a REALLY rough cut, which gives me hope that the song will develop into something better.
