The top is bocote, the core is mahogany, and the back is cocobolo. There's also bloodwood along the fingerboard, headstock, and in the cat's eyes.
Carl put different knobs on the bass after some of these pics were taken. The only active electronics he had in the shop the day I picked it up weren't working perfectly, so he put passive electronics in for the time being. I went back down to the shop a week later and he switched out the electronics and did some more finishing touches.
