Its not Dunlop Tortex then if they're black is it ? I only thought you could get those in orange ? I've been using those myself , but never seen them in black , maybe its a custom order
As I said, I don't think you're able to buy them instores. obviously Dunlop will custom make pretty much any pick for some like Dave

I don't care much for picks as much as I used to.

at least not since awhile. ever since I got my 12-string it just sounds better finger plucked (picked) whatever. I think I'm starting to gain a weird style. :?

i also use .60 mm dunlop tortex and the last time at bought some at the guitar shop they only .60mm tortex were black, same pic just black.

It looks like Dunlop is now selling "Black Gold Tortex" picks, which seem to be just standard tortex picks in black, and you can get them in any gauge.

I rememeber reading somewhere that he started using these *New "special" black picks as mentioned above, maybe the Torex company made him a few hundred thousand, they say DMB on them in white btw

Thanks for the kind remarks! I like this site! and all it does for the DMB community! props to the creators! i've chatted a couple of times with Jkanter at Ants.org on the music board there! so im glad to be here! and plan to be here a long time! BTW Jkanters tabs and vids have help me out so much thanks man! sorry i went off topic!
