Dustin (the vox/rhythm player) is really good as well.

They're selling an AKG C1000s and set of monitor headphones today. It's not a bad mic. It's not a great one. If you can deal with two sets of headphones, order a pair. These mics do a lot better in coincident and near-coincident situations than they do alone.
