My Cliff Bordwell Thread.

Topics about musical instruments other than guitar should go here. There's bound to be a Carter, LeRoi, or Yo-Yo Ma out there.

Friday March 30th

The updates are quite a bit behind real time.
I'll see if I can get the updates caught up here pretty soon.

Below shows the beginning stages of the shaping.

:) thanks.

I think I'll most likely have the bass before or right around when completed pics go up.

The CB was less than three grand and took about 4 months including wait and build time. The CT takes about 2 or 3 years. Since the payments aren't paid off in one shot, it's relatively easy to balance the money over time.

I don't have any real recording equipment, so everything kinda comes out crumby. I've been meaning to look into some mics or whatever you need, but it hasn't been my top priority with the basses coming.

Yeah, I've been meaning to hook up with my buddy, Jeff, who plays acoustic and electric guitar, a lot of mayer and what not. But we haven't gotten around to it just yet. What I'm really looking for is a drummer, but I don't even know one, let alone one I click with musically.

I jammed quite a bit with this crazy drummer from my church, if I ever can get my videos to upload I'll probably post it, but he's goes freaking ape shit on the things.
