yea i think it was mansfield. good show. either mansfield or the meadows. they all collide now it's been so long.

Sounds like you have a sharp saddle that is cutting your strings... I am very agressive with my strings and Elixer Nano's are my favorite string.

I had a problem of breaking strings on one of my guitars for a while, but when I upgraded to an FWI saddle the problem was solved.

Mansfield he broke his E and G during billies. Madman, I say. And possible the b or e during the WWYS encore.

can't really comment on the gstring breakage because i had a problem where my bridge broke my g string over 3 sets of completely different strings so :/. but I don't like the way the strings feel. I like to know that my fingers won't slip off and if you don't mind changing strings for the price of elixers around here i get 3 packs of d'addario lights phosphor bronze :).

My new guitar came with elixer strings and they seem to be very nice but a little too slick for me. I'll probably go back to d'addario EXP lites when these break or become dead. I rarely break strings though except for the A and E.
