Not sure what's happening with RPT, the index that should prevent that happening is still up and showing okay, but the logs are showing a full table scan so obviously something's borked with it. I'll set cron to rebuild it in the middle of the night tonight. If anyone's planning on being on at 4 AM, sowwy.

Searching from within forums and topics should now be fixed. Been putting that off for way too long.
