just realized gov. mule is opening for the band at the cincy show, theyve been bringing guests out a lot this tour. maybe i will see a cortez with warren haynes.

got to talk to carter, boyd, and butch - butch is like the most average guy you could imagine, but also the nicest - the only DMB stuff i had during this visit to pittsburgh was listener supported in my car so i had them sign that, and my friend had BTCS - he was like "yeah we were all talking to John D'Earth the other day, that was such a solid album when he was there" and then he briefly said that listener supported was fun too - boyd was really nice and was smiling the whole time and commented that he just came from working out but was glad we were all out there to see them - carter didn't spend as much time around me but it was cool, i told him that i loved his sound and that i really appreciate his time and he smiled and said thanks - they were all great guys, i was a little disappointed that dave didn't stick around, but it was still cool to see him that close - i'd say carter, butch, and boyd all stuck around for 10-15 mins and dave was outside for maybe 4-5

I agree. I winced when he started doing it.

i don't know if you caught them as the opener hof, but god he tried to rap on almost every song and it was sooooo bad - the set was going incredibly well and then i saw him walk out....harmonica was cool, the other horns were cool, but i couldn't wait for him to leave

more than lilkely he will come out for watchtower, and maybe another song, but probably just watchtower.
