It was great, I really liked it. Fucking full of people, though :) Tourists everywhere, I'm sure 4/5 people I passed had their street map out, trying to find out where they were. I'm glad I stayed at the hotel and not at my mate's place in Rainham, it made things a lot easier.

Have you ever been to the Comedy Store? We went there the first night, and had a great time. The main dude found out I was from Norway and kept taking the piss out of me (in a nice way) all the time, it was hilarious.

The whole trip made me sure I'd have no problem travelling around alone, which I really wanna do after I graduate next summer.

Bwuhahah yeah man, it sort of looks like that ;) Would be great to get a proper picture with him, but the manager was just pushing him along, and yelling that Dave was really tired and needed to go. Anyway, I'm happy, cause most people don't get to meet him even after seeing 30 shows, and I met him at my first :)
Haha, yeah thats definitely kick ass, although I did meet my favorite band at my 3rd show! :P

yeah i went there once, it was funny, did you get approached whilst waiting for tickets to a musical (thats how they get there business, they say "come here instead, its funner and cheeper.") not far from china town (which i hope you found),
it can be great fun to travell solo as it makes you learn how to break the ice quickly with new people and be independent.
there are lots of tourists in london, especially where you stayed,, (about 300 meters from my dads office.) but it works both ways. tourists get to see london, the eye, tower, big ben etc and london gets money from tourism, so i like tourists,,,, especially german tourists, they seem so solom and well behaved in london, like they still feel responsible for the blitz,
the day of the show, i got a 10 pound ticket to phantom of the opera(2 oclock show), they said as i got to the theater, that the top circle was closed so we could go to the stalls, 4th row, 45 pound tickets for 10 pounds,. great deal there
