i really dont mind bayou, but having it end a show or regular set is kinda of a downer.
i saw them end the set with it on 6.8.05 and although it was great, i was really dumbfounded that the set was over, i dont think its a great capper.
last night i would of switched the positions of louisiana bayou with tripping billies. billies seems more like a closer to me

Ok, so tey played, what? 3 stand up songs? whooo. Remember they actually ENJOYED making that album. And remember alot of people actually ENJOY that album. Just coz those people who dont like moan, remember the people who do like it!!!
I have now seen them 12 or 13 times over the past 10 years and I can honestly say that I have never left a show feeling disappointed. Sure there are always some songs that I wanted to hear that they didn't play, and there are always a few songs played that allow me to make a beer run or go to the bathroom, but in the end the show is always great and a hell of a good time. Last night was no exception....
