the few places it is mentioned was first in concert, he said that briefly on a show or two of d&t during 94, or 95. Beneath the disc on UTTAD, Dave is there holding one of Anne's Kids, and it says it's dedicated to Anne (Anne and Jane are his sisters). Dave and Jane have been taking care of the kids since then. He talked about it more with Charlie Rose in the hour long special he did of DMB. Dave said when that happened, everything in life became unimportant. Only his family was important. All his dreams went away, only his family members mattered. It was a very hard time for them all. He even made one of his kid's middle names is Anne, named after Anne.

That's what I know of it. What exactly happened with Anne and her husband will most likely stay private, and I think it should stay that way.

I think he lives in Seattle now, but the last I heard they were in VA. I dunno if he took them with him or what...

" and if you're a dumbass you'll get pulled over and just say you stole the truck instead of explaining whats in that sack " Let me see your license and whats in that sack " " Well shit this ain't even my truck "
