So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

1. Two step
2. The Stone (especially the acoustic version)
3. #41
4. Say Goodbye
5. Ants Marching

I think there's a very big difference between The Stone with the Band and without. the band version is not as half as good as the D&T-version.

I completely agree...although I have that view point with most of Dave's songs...

When The World Ends (Live)

Are you serious? That is the most retarded song ever, recently is much better than that.

1. Recently(remember two things)
2. The Stone (full band)
3. Dancing Nancies
4. Two Step
5. Heathcliff's Haiku Warriors

wow, that's a tough question...especially considering that my top 5 list changes almost every week :D
But currently here's the list of songs I listen to and play the most...

The Stone (D&T Version)
WWYS (Live DMB)
LIOG (Live DMB and D&T)
#41 (Deffinitely the acoustic version, though I like the long 30 minute jam he did with Bela Fleck)
Everyday (acousic solo)
What I want is what I've not got, but what I need is all around me.

If I were to make a "B" list for top 5 Dave tunes it would probably look like this:

Dancing Nancies
Don't Drink the Water
Recently
Say Goodbye
Seek Up

then a "C" list would probably look like this:

Crush
Grey Street
Two Step
Satellite
Grace Is Gone

then a "D" list would probably look like this:

One Sweet World
Lie On Our Graves
Captain
Bartender
Song That Jane Likes
.
.
.
.
than a "Z" list would be half of the Everyday C.D.
good, and you?
