And i'll have to disagree every time. I respect your opinion that you don't think love is true. but to me, love is there. always will be. its an emotion, like app said. its like happy or sad, or hate, or anger. you can't say those just don't exist, because they do. but to each his own.....

my life's about learning and growing intellectually, playing football, and working...no room for love (or to 'feel better' about it), which is something i'm very content with

How can you wake up everyday and be happy about anything. What happens if you fail a test and bomb your football game, are you going to shoot yourself? Life is more than things that can be measured tangably(spelling?). If you believe in nothing but the physical world then it is a sad sad place.

you don't know me, you don't know what i do...i didn't say i was happy about anything either, but i'm not unhappy either...learning and growing intellectually, playing football, and working...to me, and the value i place on them, is nothing tangible...i play football because i love the game, i work (and when i 'work', i work back on the farm or i landscape or something like that) because it's peaceful for me to work, and just because i'm in college on pace to get degrees, doesn't mean that's why i'm learning, i read all the time, for class or not....i don't place values on emotions anymore because i'm trying to step beyond them to a different state of being...so please don't lecture me
