i'm still not sure about this whole thing. i mean do you have to hold your adams apple down? i just stick my index finger there so it can move a little but not shoot up. is this ok cuz i can sing pretty normally. (and i can't hit high notes in the first place so i dont have to worry about that)

no.... have you ever seen anyone forcing their adam's apple down? please for the love of God don't do that
