No. He's charging $1400 with PayPal, $1300 with the money order. And he won't have to pay to deposit a money order anyway.

I was trying to give extra incentive to use a MO.

You're looking at it as the guitar is $1300 unless you want to pay by PayPal. I was more thinking its $1400 unless you want to pay by MO.
