Dave's Strap Buttons

What wrong with putting it there? In that part of the body of a guitar there is a neck block. It is just as strong as the heal of the neck as long as you don't miss that block when you put the button on.

wait, i lied. my button is on the neck.

i don't know why i thought otherwise (i never use a strap, so i don't really pay attention to it)
