I have a davespeak where he talks about being on acid in Georgia and he talks about the "big fuckin' spiders."

When Dave was giving his speech to induct Traffic into the rock hall, he mentioned tripping while listening to Dr. Mr. Fantasy.

He sounded a little loosey goosey a few times on the 2003 tour, but it didn't reflect on his playing, so it must have been nothing more than a pre-show joint or whiskey.

Ive heard about that fuck up a lot, i have never heard it myself, does anyone have a audio they can yousendit?

Funny clip too. He implicates all of the drugs he did that night. Definitely worth the watch.

I don't see why that wouldn't get him in trouble. It seems like at least one cop would be at a bar and hear him talk about that.

its not illegal to smoke a fatty. a cop could give less of a shit if someone performing infront of a large crowd smoked a joint on his way to the venue.
it is hard as shit to prove intoxicvation. its not public property,

there's probably a thousand reasons why he wouldnt get arrested.

At Germain Ampitheatre, they have guys that work at Germain that are solely there for holding the joint of rapper Snoop Dogg.

wait, what? this could be some very good news

I agree, police aren't going to barge up on the stage at MSG and arrest him, but it just seems that such high profile characters would be watched more closely.

I did a search for mescaline because I've never heard of it ... realized it was psychoactive drug or whatever. Anyway how could you give a concert on that? I did shrooms once and tweeked out, I couldn't imagine putting on a show on physcoactive drugs.
