No...He is talking about Soul Coughing - Circles. Which Dave has covered before. I'd bet 1,000,000:1 odds that it was Soul Coughing's Circles instead of Incubus'...

(and finally this from weeklydavespeak.com)- As more details of the evening unfold we may get a better idea of exactly how bad things went on the island and whether the new song featuring the lyric, "I' m-a bring the devil down to his knees." performed on the first ship could show up on the new DMB album. Hopefully a tape was made of one or both of the ship performances and will be released. Because the evening will undoubtedly go down in history as an unexpected yet epic ending to the most controversial event Dave has ever been involved in.

why is this so controversial according to davespeak.com? do we all forget the bridge incident in chicago?

One Quick thought, What if this weekend is to the next DVD release. O Wow, would that be interesting! Just like the craziness and the spontaneous of everything. next to nill that it was, but would be sweet
