My friend introduced me to OAR back in 2001, they were okay, saw em live a few times, but once they released In Between Now and Then, they have sucked a big fat one. I can't stand them now, all the shit sounds the exact same. And like Brian said earlier, they're sloppy as hell. Plus they're dickheads.

okay, reasons why I don't like OAR.

1. their singer's voice is simply *not* recording quality. his voice regularly cracks during concerts.
2. every 'instrumental jam' consists of a the most boring sax solos I've ever heard of.
3. I cannot help thinking that they are a knockoff of DMB
4. C F G C F G C F G C F G C F G C F G okay okay I get the point, you like those fucking chords.
5. every wannabe suburban fucking hippie in my school looooves OAR. loooves them. which is not OAR's fault, but still. suckage by association.
6. OAR is basically just mediocre. their songs, in general, are boring. though that is obviously just my opinion.
