I can't wait to go to Guitar Centre to jam out some Dave :) man, $1900 for an HD-35  I would've came outta there with that thing. that's a sweet deal, unless there was a serious flaw in it but I doubt it. prolly has a nick somewhere or something. last time I was in guitar centre the HD-35 I played was the nicest sounding and feeling guitar I've ever played. the price tag was like $2400 or something, I can't remember. the Taylors were all nice too.
good, and you?

yeah man i really do wish i could get it...the way the guy talked about it sounded like it was a total blowout, like a steal or something. i just have to wait until i get my money saved up and find something that good. i agree, it was a sweet sounding guitar, the lows are phenominal. like i said, MF has it for $1999, with free shipping that's not bad

I bet if you offered him 1700$ they'd take it. You can find some used HD's on Ebay for bout 1500. There's even one that's never been played.

That sounds like a pretty good deal though. Hey maybe you could sell some blood.

i agree with the comments on gibsons, the only ones that i enjoyed playing were the big classic looking flattops, and those just look too goofy for me to own :)

oh man, i just realized something....if i get an HD-35, are people going to think I got one because John Mayer plays em? it seems like if someone got an HD-38, they would automatically think of dave...well, i guess john seems to use the OO model more often

most people arent going to know what type of guitar jm plays. i didnt know. i dont think people would care either. if i decided to get a martin DM3MD it would take a minute for people to realize that daves sig was on it and then they might be able to say you got that guitar because of dave and then... actually it doesnt matter.. lost my train of thought.. doesnt matter at all..

I know a lot of people are down on Guitar Center, but most of the time if you open a GC card account you can put off paying for a year. Did that with my 314ce and paid it off while I was enjoying it.
