Question: Where can I find a good Bittorrent tutorial for somebody (me) who doesn't know the first thing about using/downloading bit torrents?

I'm using Bittornado, 96.5% downloaded, I stopped the download, resumed it on another day, and now it won't move, I have a red light, and it's been saying "connecting to peers" for about 5 mins now and it never takes that long. There should be no reason for a connection problem, so my only guess is that it is because of my low upload amount? I have a pitiful ratio of .077... so that may definately be the problem...
