Yes but what I mean is that if you tell somone "You suck" or "You blow" you mean that they are not good at something.

Yet to suck is the opposite of to blow.

So, logically, one should mean that you are bad at something and the other mean you are good at soemthing

But you have to consider the origins of words when deriving their meaning. It's not all as straightforward as you'd like.

i suck so bad my guitar tricks me into braking its strings so it don't get played for a while!

wouldn't it be funny if dave was like sitting down playing on the stage then he just falls down heh now that would be funny as all get out

to suck badly is redundant if to suck means to be bad at something. so to say that I suck really bad at Dave songs would mean that I'm actually very good. so uhhhhhhhhh. yeah. I suck.

So by this rationale, if a girl says "I suck", it would be boasting?
