i like it MUCH better with just dave carter and steffan. i think it's more powerful and raw. the violin and sax just change the tone of the whole song. they make it happier almost. and it seems like dave doesnt' put himself into it as much when the whole band is up there.

with them, it's a song, but when it's just dave carter and steffan, it's raw emotion.


although back in the day, they used to play that song and the majority of their shows. i kinda like it as a rarity though, it makes it more intense

1. The best versions of halloween are live at the 10 spot, msg 02, and gorge 02.

2. Halloween, msg 02 can be found on the warehouse 5, vol. III.
