Nice chord, defiantley one of the hardest ive ever seen. Heres another good one, thats up high on the neck, so a cutaway is necessary for your thumb on 13fret. (I put what fingers to use as the second set of numbers) This chord is moveable up and down the neck. Thumb on 13 is tough on acoustics, but i love the sound of it. Enjoy. Anyone else got some crazy chord positions or shapes....?

I wasn't aware people played the guitar without the thumb.

Index "sometimes"? I can't imagine not using my index incessently. How does that work?

I'm honestly curious. You must finger chords in a completely different manner from me.

oooops. the high e string is fretted at 13. not 14. Chord is:

-13
-12
-13
-11
-x
-13

Heres another: note in ( ) is optional. This is a huge stretch w your thumb on LowE 6 to first finger on 3fret on D. It is possible, and used by many players.

-(6)--4
--4---2
--6---3
--3---1
--x----
--6---T

ok peaceout, tim

I'm with Mitch...I can play it cleanly, but transitioning to it would be hard. The chord sounds familiar....like a chord used in the ending jam of Too Much.

I use it mostly when I am playing john mayer's stuff.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
