Well, I would take the 914 Taylor over the HD-28 (I think it is a better guitar), but that's not what I voted for. I said the D -28. I never liked the HD, I liked the more rythmic sound of the D-28 and the D-35, not the HD models. For me I'd take the D-28 over the 914 taylor anyday. I'd even take the D-28 over the 714 too.

Thanks for the tips, everyone. I haven't had a chance to get back to the shop, but I'll keep all of this in mind when I do.

Does anyone have any comment on my Takamine question?
