You don't have to play guitar so loudly either. I used to think the louder I played the better. But that's not the case. If you play soft on the guitar you wont have to sing so loudly.
So Much to Say... I'm stuck inside.

Wow, really why would you post in a "critique" forum
and then have a hissy over what others heard in your performance. If your not willing to try new things and/or listen to what others have to say, it "In my opinion" tends to make you a very one dimensional
musician. Ya think the band never told Dave, "man that riff's not working (sucks), lets bag it and try something new."
If you can't handle what people(teachers, friends, newspaper, band members) have to say, good or bad, about what your putting out, your in the wrong arena. Don't blast the people here for delivering exactly what you signed up for. If your looking for Gee your wonderful all the time, then go play for your mother.

Everyone needs to calm the Fiznuck down my brothas! the cover was good. Guitar was good. Singing was good. It does need to be chilled out a little bit though. But that could be handled in less than a day. Nothing to worry about.
Anyway, I find it funny how people "critique" on these boards. I have found that 1 for 1 of the people who just criticize(and not actually try to help the guy), are less than decent players/singers themselves. It's almost amusing sometimes to see some of the advice others give, especially w/ singing. All this "breathing" advice. Do you guys REALLY know what you're talking about when you say these things? Good advice would be to go to a teacher, someone w/ much experience and can sing themselves. And then just fuckin practice your heart out.
That's what gets you good...Doing something over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. And then do it some more.

NO, that guys needs to calm down. Please don't tell us how critique other musicians. And doing something over & over & over & over again doesn't make you good if you are doing it badly over & over & over again. It just makes you consistently bad. We are tryign to give him some pointer on his voice. The main theme was soften up your voice a bit, perhaps soften the guitar as well. IM sorry my critique isn't up to your standards.DmbFanJason wrote:Everyone needs to calm the Fiznuck down my brothas! the cover was good. Guitar was good. Singing was good.
