I said the OUTRO to #41. He grabs his pick into his knuckles and fingerpickes the little outro, the rest of the song is with a pick. He does the same trick for his Jimi Thing solo. Also, I have seen the Heartbeat intro done with and without a pick, but then before PNP kicks right in, he grabs the pick back.

you can see in the Live In Chicago broadcast that he fingerpicks Christmas Song (even the chorus), but I have heard versions that really sound strummed with a pick.
