breathe, when people get shaky, its because they arent breathing properly, it may sound dumb, but that is what cause anxiousness

Those are just symptoms of a much more powerful animal. Stage fright can be a deeply rooted problem. I know from personal experience as I hardly ever play FOR anyone.
