It's pretty good.

I'm sure it will grow on me, but the first listen was pretty good.

Is this supposed to be on the new CD? If there is going to be one?

There is going to be one, but no idea whether this will be on it - it's doubtful, since Dave has said this CD will be all new songs (and this was recorded during the Lillywhite Sessions).
