i've done a month before, but only about a day in normal situations.

and the only problem is that after the month it kinda hurts again to play but after that first day i'm right back at it.

I went a day without guitar, and I was so much in withdrawl. I was thinking, why didn't i bring my guitar during my family reunion. I was alone most of the time, stay secluded, just didn't fit, and when people would drink in the hotel, I went to my room, nothing was on tv, and I was wanting my guitar. I played it the morning before we left, and on sunday night when we got home.


Music is my life now, and it's almost more important than love and peace in my life.

I couldn't generally go over 4 days without playing, unless I was on vacation without a guitar for a while.

I went a week or so without playing the guitar. But I was out of town for a DMB concert, and I was with my girlfriend, but I didn't have my guitar on top of that though. But after I came back to it, it was as though I never stopped playing it. But if I'm not out of town, I'm at least playing it everyday for an hour or so.

i can't go any longer than that. if i go camping i def. bring a guitar and if i'm out of town and can't bring it then i have to visit a guitar shop to play for atleast 20-30mins. most guitar employees understand, and if they don't i get just pretend i'm gonna buy a guitar and they usually let you have your way with it. they get really mad when you tell them the truth though

after not being able to play for almost a week i don't allow myself to go more than four days anymore.

i try to play as much as i can, but i tend to be lazy at times...probably the longest i havent played islike 4 days
