Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": As long as there's, you know, sex and drugs, I can do without the rock and roll.

You have a very tweedyesque voice, i like it a lot. As for the performance, there are some points where you are a bit monotone and few times where you miss the pitch. Are you playing and singing at the same time? If you are, the guitar sounds great, very rythmic and solid. I would say put your efforts into the singing.

Your third "smile all the time" is way off, so listen to the song over and over until you can match jeff. Not to say you shouldnt practice being creative, but it will help you to "mimic" others pitch.

Overall i liked it, its funny, i was watching the Jeff Tweedy solo dvd when i clicked on your link. If you dont have that disk, i highly recommend it.

Keep it up and good luck!
Do I listen to pop music because I'm miserable or am I miserable because I listen to pop music?

Hey thanks. Yeah, I am playing and singing at the sametime. I will keep trying to work on my voice. Also, the dvd is great. I think I would almost rather see Jeff Tweedy solo. Probally, just because I have seen Wilco a bunch of times now. But, Wilo are great also, definitly one of my favorite bands.

cheers,

Jake
